Indications

Do Not Use If You Have:

- Hereditary lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, or lactase deficiency (contains lactose)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Age below 18 years

Dosage and Administration
Tablets should be taken orally, just before bedtime. A single dose is 10 mg. For elderly patients or those with impaired liver function, therapy should start with a 5 mg dose, which can be increased to 10 mg if the clinical effect is insufficient and the drug is well tolerated. The maximum dose is 10 mg per day.
